Refund policy

Return Window You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return (our "90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee").


Eligibility Conditions To be eligible, the item must:

  • be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;
  • be returned with its packaging and tags;
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

How to Make a Return Email us at support@orena-cosmetics.co with your order number and the reason for your return. If your request is approved, we will send you a shipping label (where applicable) and instructions.

Important: no package should be sent back without prior approval by email.

Damaged Products / Order Errors Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@orena-cosmetics.co. We will offer a prompt solution (replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the case). Manufacturing defects are covered by our 90-day guarantee (replacement); see our warranty policy.


Non-Returnable Items Returns are not accepted for:

  • sale or promotional items;
  • gift cards.

Exchanges For an exchange, you have two options:

  • Direct exchange: we send you a return label and ship the correct variant after we receive and validate your return; or
  • New order: you return the item, then place a new order for the size/color you want.

Please specify your preference in your request email.


Refund After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (the time it takes to appear depends on your bank). If you have not received anything 15 days after our confirmation, please write to us: support@orena-cosmetics.co
