Order Processing At Orena, every order is prepared with care and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after confirmation.
Delivery Times We offer free secure standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 8 business days after dispatch, to the following destinations: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
📌 During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be slightly longer.
Order Tracking As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow your package in real time.
Delays and Liability We do everything we can to meet the delivery times stated above. However, certain events beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, carrier disruptions) may cause delays. If your package has not been delivered 14 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@orena-cosmetics.co.
Shipping Address Please carefully check the address provided when placing your order. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, re-shipping fees may apply. After two consecutive returns, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Customs and Import Duties For deliveries outside the United States (United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada), customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering, as any such charges are set by local authorities and are beyond our control.
